THE CLA BOARD
According to the bylaws of Center Lakes Association, the CLA Board is comprised of 4 elected officers and no more than 3 at large members.

The officers (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer) are elected at the annual meeting.

The terms of office shall be two years; terms of office shall be staggered insofar as only two officers are newly elected in the same year.

With the exception of the Treasurer and Secretary, no person shall hold the same office for more than two consecutive terms.

The President and Treasurer shall be elected in the even years, and the Vice President and Secretary in the odd years.
